About the Congress
The International Congress of Behavioral Medicine (ICBM), held every two years since 1990, is the flagship congress of the International Society of Behavioral Medicine (ISBM). In 2027, the Congress will be held in Singapore, the gateway to Southeast Asia, and will be co-hosted by the Society of Behavioural Health, Singapore (SBHS).
Over four days, researchers, clinicians, educators, and policymakers from around the world will gather to advance the science and practice of behavioral medicine. Guided by the theme The Transformative Power of
Behavioral Medicine: Time to Act, the 19th International Congress of Behavioral Medicine (ICBM 2027) will feature pre-congress workshops, keynote and master lectures, scientific breakout sessions, poster presentations, and an industry exhibition—creating valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and engagement between academia,
healthcare, government, and industry.
